Certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner & Oncology Nurse

I'm Kelly, an oncology nurse and certified Biofield Tuning practitioner who supports burnout recovery through therapeutic sound.
As an oncology nurse with holistic training, I understand how stress and burnout live in the body, not just the mind.
After years of caring for others in high-intensity healthcare settings, I experienced firsthand how chronic stress can drain energy, dull joy, and disrupt the nervous system. I also know how important it is to feel safe, informed, and supported when exploring healing work.
My approach bridges clinical awareness with sound-based healing, offering a grounded, compassionate space where your nervous system can begin to settle and restore balance. Through Biofield Tuning, I work with the body's energetic field using sound and vibration to help release stored tension, support emotional processing, and bring the system back into greater coherence.
I created Tuned Into Healing to support compassionate over-givers, caregivers, and those navigating burnout, especially women who have been holding it all together for far too long. Whether you're feeling exhausted, disconnected, or simply ready for deeper restoration, this work meets you where you are.
Sessions are offered virtually via Zoom and, when available, in person in Minnesota.
I bring the same care and attention I developed as a nurse into every sound healing session.
My nursing background means I approach the body with both scientific grounding and genuine empathy. I understand the physiology of stress.
Using specialized tuning forks developed by Eileen McKusick, I work with the body's biofield to locate and release stored tension patterns.
Sessions begin with a check-in and I remain present throughout, tracking what your body is communicating and adjusting accordingly.
Distance sessions over Zoom are just as effective as in-person work. You can experience healing from wherever you feel most comfortable.
Start with a free 30-minute exploratory call. No commitment, no pressure, just a real conversation about where you are and how this work might support you.
